    Alma Consulting Group is an Operational Consulting Company, which innovation department, settled both in Lyon and Paris, is specialized since 1994, in the engineering and coordination of collaborative international R&D projects. Alma Consulting Group owns a recognized expertise in the management of collaborative projects (5th and 6th FP) in the HIGH-EF project’s thematic), taking in charge the day to day (operational) project management. For more than ten years and thanks to its collaboration with R&D consortia, Alma Consulting Group has developed specific and original knowledge and methodologies in the management of partnerships to help them efficiently to achieve their objectives. The innovation team is constituted with 100 people (consultants and administrators). They are mainly engineers and/or PhD graduated with complementary training in marketing, technology transfer, project management, etc.


    Key personal:

    Anne-Sophie Dehlinger is consultant in the Innovation Department. She holds a PhD in electronic from the National Institute of Applied Science Lyon, and a dipl. Engineer in materials science. She has been working at ALMA since the end of 2007 on European projects management, and on implementation of R&D Tax Incentives.


    Role in the project:

    Alma Consulting Group will be dedicated to day-to-day (operational) management of the project (including more particularly Administrative and financial management activities, animation of the consortium,  communication policy between and in-between participants, maintenance of the intra-consortium website?). In particular, Alma Consulting Group will participate in:

    1. the setting-up of technical, administrative and financial reports according to EC requirements; technical and project committees,

    2. the communication policy between and in-between participants,

    3. the management policy and setting-up of appropriate rules (through a consortium agreement or bilateral agreements),

    4.  the strategic orientation of the project with respect to the objectives of the project and interests of the participants. The strategy of a partner may change in the course of the project, it is important to take care that the changing strategy of one partner does not affect the whole project and its objectives.

    5. other activities through the creation of a Corporate Identity Set (eg. logo, project’s leaflet, public website).

    Previous European funded projects:

    In the FP6, Alma Consulting Group is partner of 50 projects (17 Integrated Projects, 23 Strep, 10 SME projects). Alma Consulting Group is coordinating or participating in 5 Specific Support Actions mainly dedicated to support SME to be part of FP6/FP7 projects. Alma Consulting Group is also involved in national or trans-governmental projects (Eurêka).
